My clients generally come to me for three reasons:
There is an area of their life, be it their marriage or another social relationship, a job or a habit, that they are not happy with and that they are suffering under. I help them to locate the problem areas, formulate new goals and work out the necessary measures to achieve them.
Other clients often seek advice or simply information on specific areas of life: marriage, parenting, addiction, retirement, etc.
Currently there is also an increasing need for mental hygiene.
Here counseling can act as a "release valve"- a way to let off steam and regain clarity.
I may not know what you`re facing right now, but if you`re ready to talk. I offer a trained, empathetic, and non-judgmental ear.

since 2010 Volunteer work in the field of prison ministry
2018 Completed my training as an addiction counselor
2021 my Training as a family counselor
and 2022 my Training as a psychological counselor.
Thankfully I learned at a young age that you don't have to throw your life away, you can exchange it.
I find working with people exciting, every person is unique and has an indivdiual story that only they can tell.
Athru is the counseling center without a waiting room.
I offer you the utmost discretion. The appointments are arranged in a way that you will not encounter any other client before or after your appointment.
